BRISBANE, Jan 10 AAP - Couples may have to consider much more in their wills than whatto do with the family fortune in light of the Simone Baker case.

Lawyers say clauses in wills governing posthumous extraction of a man's sperm shouldbe considered by couples of child-bearing age.

Ms Baker, who watched partner of six years Andrew Clough plunge to his death on NewYear's Eve, lost a court application this week to have his semen extracted so she couldhave his child.
