BECKLEY - West Virginians who don't vote for Gov. Joe Manchinwill have lost their common sense, former President Bill Clintonsaid Monday at a rally for the Democratic candidate.

The event at Tamarack marked the last leg of an unexpectedlydifficult campaign.
